Elections
Elections to the District Council are held 'by thirds', i.e. a third of the Council's seats are contested each year, which happens 3 years out of every 4.
District elections were held on 3rd May 2018, the results for which can be viewed below.
The next scheduled local elections take place on 2nd May, 2019.
European Parliamentary elections will also be held on 23rd May, 2019.
